OUR TEAM
At TSM Fitness we offer one to one to one personal training sessions, with the option of bringing a friend, fitness classes, boxercise sessions, general workout plans as well as tailored made home / gym workout plans, suited to your goals. In addition, we provide gym wear for both men and women, which can be purchased straight through our online store. Furthermore, we offer nutrition plans and support in allignment with your goals. lastly, we work alongside a qualified physiotherapy team to ensure you have the perfect recovery process.
